Mind is your battleground: 3 ways to Empower Your Mind !

To humanity I speak, your body is a war-zone and you deserve the best of this universe. The artwork etched onto the inches of you is not meant for people to sketch with mutiny temporary, but a victory conch of forever.

Your mind is not a place that is a flowerbed of roses; rather it speaks of violent doubts and negativity when life hits a new low. You feel every emotion akin to a second skin when it all is cursing you to ‘Fiery Pit of Hades’; your mind and heart is a battleground because you tried, you tried so hard but you cannot try anymore.

Have you ever thought what is to live a good life? There is just one thing that is the biggest obstacle between you and your happiness that is the negative thoughts latching on your mind like a life sucking parasites. Believing in that kind of negativity kills you even before you are bound to die, and that my friend is a situation you would not like to find yourself.

There is one thing I have completely put my faith in – My body and mind is my battleground and it will be painted with the war-scars that I will worship them with pride as if my life depended on it.

If you can change the way you think, you can change your life, you can change your situation. You can change and break free of the patterns that do not serve you well.

Here’s in a list 3 ways you can learn to MASTER YOUR MIND

#1 Don’t React, Respond

When you begin to respond to any given situation, your mind becomes a safe place to breathe; it is not a war-zone created by people, but your own battleground wherein you write your own story. Responding to a situation is when you calmly analyse a problem, a situation, to hurt and people per se. As you begin to respond, life automatically becomes happier.

#2 Self Acceptance

Self-acceptance is the most important aspect of you, if you cannot accept yourself as is, trust me darling nobody else will do it for you. Imagine, if you cannot like yourself, who else will? Change begins with you, remember? So, rather than sulking and feeling like a lost puppy, it is important that you begin to accept yourself and appreciate little things in life.

#3 Believing In Self

When you believe in yourself, there is absolutely nothing that can bring you down. Self-belief is like breathing in your own power. When you live your life being true to yourself, believing in what you do, your mind becomes your pet, and it exactly how it should be. You are the one who should be in control of your mind, and not let mind control you.
