The recent attack on Jammu’s Sunjuwan town has left the nation shocked. The terrorists attacked the families of the jawans when they were asleep.
Moreover, there was a loss of five soldiers in the attack.
Previously, an Army Captain and three jawans were killed along the LoC. Without any time to recover from the last tragedy, India faced another one.
There were severa tragic times when Indian Security Forces were attacked by the terrorists.
Recent Tragic Attack on Indian Security Forces
On the 10th of February, an attack took place near the Sunjuvan army camp near Jammu. Subsequently, the Indian Security Forces, through the army, managed to kill all three terrorists.
However, this was at the cost of five soldiers martyred and one civilian’s life being lost.
Terrorists attack Kakapora, Pulwama
Earlier, another recent attack took place in Pulwama. The Indian Security forces were again attacked by grenades.
Thankfully, no casualties were reported.
CRPF Camp Attack
In addition to the previous tragic incidents, another carried out on New Year’s Eve.
Two terrorists entered the secured area and caught soldiers off guard. Seven of the soldiers were injured, even before the battle started.
Moreover, five soldiers tragically died on the spot.
Fortunately, both the terrorists were killed.
Attack on BSF Camp
Less than six months ago another cowardly fire took place. It took place at around 4 am.
Three terrorists had entered the camp and unleashed fire. All this happened in the high security area of Srinagar District.
Terrorist attack Police Lines
In the August of 2017, the borders were extremely tensed. The terrorists attacked the District Police Lines.
Eight of the security personnel lost their lives. Of them, four were soldiers.
In this attack as well, the terrorists were killed.
Tragic Time Indian Security Force Attacked
Four militants were killed in June last year. The terrorists tried to attempt an attact on CRPF camp.
However, the soldiers were successful to end the battle. The firing continued till 6:15 a.m. in the morning. It lasted almost three hours.
In a surprise gun battle, two terrorists attack the soldiers in April.
The sudden attack reflected the lack of preparation. Two attackers were killed.
Tragically, three soldiers were martyred.
Such attacks have taken place early in the morning. They have been strategically planned. It is time the Indian Security Force comes up with a plan to end these horrendous tragedies.
